Prevent Harassment: Promote RespectSM is an interactive online harassment prevention training program.

Manager Version: Managers and supervisors learn to recognize sexual and other types of protected class harassment, including race, national origin, religion, disability, age, gender, and protected activity. The interactive exercises teach them to develop the skills to prevent harassment, and perhaps as importantly, to respond effectively and avoid retaliation or the appearance thereof.

Employee version: Employees learn a uniform definition of harassment and what it might look like. The programs inform a user how to avoid behavior that may be considered harassment. They also learn how to respond to a co-worker or third party who is offending them and how to report the situation to their manager or Human Resources.

Customized versions: We have programs that have been customized for use in colleges and universities and for employees and managers in Canada (including Quebec). Contact us for more information.

Spanish speaking employee version: for those employees who prefer to take the training in Spanish.

Two-hour, timed version for supervisors based in a state that carries this requirement: This program can be used by employers in any location, including California. In addition to covering all aspects of harassment prevention as required by AB-1825, the interactive program also provides the skill based learning that has been proven an effective e-learning method. Further, our help desk is available to answer questions or direct users to the primary HR contact.

Program Features:

  • Easy to use, interactive exercises.
  • A link to the employer’s harassment prevention policy.
  • Ability to save important information in a notebook and may print the information for later review.
  • Ability to exit from the program and may return without having to complete modules that they have already completed. (This is a “bookmark” feature.)
  • A 20 question quiz that helps demonstrate that users have learned to apply the material.
  • A built in LMS for use by a company administrator to track user progress, including the program completion date and score on the quiz. This can be seen in real-time, 24/7. The record can then be easily downloaded into the employer LMS.
